All I can say is, Wow!

Tony and George delivered today. Everything was great. They were on time (early), sorted and delivered the boxes, finished paperwork and were done in 45 minutes. This is where other fundraising companies have failed us. You guys succeeded. The entire process with West Coast Fundraising was easy, organized, well managed, and we received excellent customer service. Our return was greater than anticipated which helps immensely as our school has spent our entire year's budget already! And the delivery of our free paper was timely as we had just run out of copy paper.

Thank you again. I was excited to use your company because of the cash donation concept and because you also donate to children's charities. Beyond that, we are extremely pleased with your company and look forward to working with you in the future.

Hi Sue,

How are you? Hope you are doing well! I'm so sorry I couldn't get back to you soon. I was very busy handling the holiday shoppe last week and I've got a cold since last week. I'm better now but still don't feel great. Anyway, the check with the completed our no inventory billing sheet along the register and boxes will be in the office by this afternoon. I will make sure the office knows your driver will pick them up tomorrow at 9am or after.

Our students had so much fun for shopping.:) It was a very great for us to see they were having a lots of fun. This was a very first time for us to do the holiday shoppe so we had some issues but after all we did handle pretty good. Ben came over to help us to take down and pack the boxes on Thurs. He is a very wonderful and sweet person! Jolene and I were so happy to working with him this year.

Hi Kami,

Delivery went great!! Super nice guys and, even though I had them deliver to one locations, they were great about sorting the packages into classrooms and explaining to me how the packing went (ie .. one label = one kid's order, etc ... ). Your company was organized, super friendly, easy to use and the parents were thrilled with the merchandise and the kids LOVED the prizes (my daughter is currently playing with the flying cookie in the living room). I will definitely use West Coast Fundraising for next year!! Keep me on your list and send me a e-mail when we can sign up for 2013-14.

I just wanted to let you know how happy we were West Coast during our Fall Fundraiser. We were so impressed by the great customer service, accuracy and ease of working with your team. Our products were delivered today by Bob, Bill and another gentleman. They arrived early and were done delivering to the classrooms within 45 minutes. Very impressed with their speed and accuracy. Hey Troy,

Just wanted to touch bases with you with regards to the assembly. The kids are so excited. The amazing thing is that the teachers are as well. I got so many comments from them all day saying how awesome your presentation was and how awesome you were with the kids. They love the prize program and they can't wait for the sales to start rolling in. They also said to say Thank You for having that little contest when they went back to class. The one said the kids were so calm and ready to go back to work.

Just to let you know Jane and I are thinking that next year you and West Coast Fundraisers will be the only company we use for our 3 annual events. We will discuss it with our Committee in January. We think a frozen foods for the fall (Cheesecake and Cookie Dough) and then the Holiday Gift shop for Christmas and your Spring Catalog in the Spring. Dear West Coast Fundraising Staff,

I would like to thank you for all the wonderful support you have given us at Montague Charter Academy. We were very successful with our fundraiser in the summer and the children loved the Kids Korner Shop. This was our first year ever having a Christmas Shop at our school.

The welcoming to your warehouse, the explanation of the ins-and-outs of the company, the introduction of the staff, the lunch, & the "goodie" bag I received was simply AWESOME!

I would especially like to acknowledge Wendy Kobold for all her help, support and dedication. She truly cared about getting me anything I needed in order to make the process as easy as possible.

A warm and sincere thank you to Sue as well. She always answered the phone "with a smile" and answered my questions no matter how silly they seemed. She was also able to help me out with a discrepancy on my part and get some orders to me. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally, I would like to say that all the staff that delivered the orders, and came to pick up the Kids Korner items, were suburb. They were very professional, kind, and effective. Its always nice to be greeted with a smile, and everyone always did.
